Owen's Beach

Our first Friday night here we were crazy in need of a break from packing and driving and unpacking and new jobs.  We really wanted to tie the children up somewhere and take off to Mexico, but instead we got a to-go order of fish and chips and headed down to Owen's beach at Point Defiance. We didn't get much time there before the sun went down, but it was nice. It had been the first time in 2 weeks we'd had any quality time with just our family.
